IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: We just found out that Jimmy Napier was in a car accident. The good news is that he only has some injured ribs and will be OK. The bad news is that he will not be teaching the “Increasing Your Cash Flow” Workshop this weekend due to his injuries.

This month, on Tuesday, February 18th at Noon, the Atlanta REIA Onsite Renovation Group returns to 839 Gilbert St SE, Atlanta GA 30316 in Ormewood Park. This month, on Tuesday, February 18st at Noon, the Onsite Renovation Group returns to 839 Gilbert St SE, 30316. We visited this house last year at our first Onsite Meeting back in April and now the renovation is now 95% done giving us the opportunity to poke fun at how long it took to complete. Park on the street, come insides and enjoy the toasty-warm, functioning HVAC inside!
The Onsite Renovation Group, led by Aaron McGinnis of Craftbuilt Properties, is an new educational and networking group that focuses on the acquisition, renovation and retail resale (fix and flip) of single family residential homes inside the I-285 perimeter and the in-town neighborhoods. The purpose of this group is to allow both new and experienced rehabbers and investors to meet, network and share knowledge and experience with “hands on” access to real property. The Onsite Renovation Group meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at NOON at an active renovation site, build site or rental property which will vary from month to month. There is currently no charge to attend these meeting.

Wholesaling 101. This educational mini-session is designed to give new real estate investors an exciting glimse into the highly profitable world of quick turning real estate. Local real estate expert, Russ Hiner, will be giving you an overview of how to get involved in wholesaling real estate for fun and profit.
Have’s & Wants Speed Marketing. This is a 30 minute marketing session hosted by Joe Thompson that is held to help facilitate deals by giving our members the opportunity to quickly market things they HAVE and no longer want and to find things they WANT but don’t yet have.
