On Monday, September 21st, The Beginning Investors Group (BIG) meets at Hudson Grille, 6317 Roswell Rd in Sandy Springs, GA — featuring Don DeRosa who will be discussing how to evaluate potential deals in seconds using AI.

BIG is hosted by Don DeRosa who will be bringing in local and national real estate experts to teach new investors how to survive and thrive in our ever changing economy and real estate market. The entire purpose of the group is to help new investors get their first deal and help new again investors get their next deal.

The Atlanta Landlord Luncheon is hosted by Chip Cagle of Longhorn Investments and Chris Littleton of PMI Atlanta and meets on the 3rd Monday of each month for lunch at 11:30AM.
