About James Wang

Mr. Wang is a veteran technology executive and real estate industry visionary, holding various AI patents (including USPTO Patent #11,093,992 Smart Matching for real estate transactions), had successfully managed $10M+ projects for AT&T, Intel, etc., and successfully delivered cutting-edge new software systems for AMI/Intel/Lenovo/Dell, etc., as well as built new tech plants for Lockheed & Martin.

James started investing in real estate with his first few investment properties purchase around 2008, only after overcoming much pain and suffering caused by industry’s disorganized real estate transaction process. Realtor’s lack of information and technology was abundantly apparent, often overlooked to satisfy an agenda focused solely on closing quickly by realtor for their commission. Taking tours and pushing the wrong homes blatantly disregarded buyer’s needs or preferences but resulted in endless hours of waste.
