It’s a structural solution to one of gentrification’s most insidious side effects: neighbors being taxed out of the communities they built. On the nonprofit side, B3 Partnership, Inc. fights the battle on a different front — launching community-driven platforms like Southwest Living ATL to dismantle the negative stigmas that have long suppressed investment and pride in Southwest Atlanta’s 83 neighborhoods.
