This month’s meeting will be held at 368 Kendrick Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30315 and features Brad Campbell of New Western. Brad is one of Atlanta’s Most Seasoned Investors and will discuss the details of the deal including a Q & A session with the investor regarding the Rehab Plan.
The Atlanta REIA Onsite Renovation Group (ORG), hosted by Lynn Overall, is an educational and networking group that focuses on the acquisition, renovation and retail resale (fix and flip) of single family residential homes. The purpose of the group is to allow both new and experienced rehabbers and investors to meet, network and share knowledge and experience with “hands on” access to real property. The Onsite Renovation Group meets on the 3rd Tuesday each month at NOON at an active renovation site, build site or rental property which will vary from month to month. The “Let’s Make A Deal” group is a subgroup of the Atlanta REIA led by Lynn Overall and Don DeRosa that now meets on the 2nd Monday of each month at 6PM at the Hudson Grille located at 6317 Roswell Rd in Sandy Springs, GA. The focus of the group is to take new investors through the entire process of repurposing distressed home. Each home is purchased by the group and is completed as a Joint Venture.
We are no longer asking you to bring your checkbook, however you will be disappointed if you don’t because these deals will be purchased by someone, and you will have the first opportunity to profit from them.a
Funding for these deals will be provided by our sponsors, Angel Oak Prime Bridge & Barnett Capital. Each group desiring to participate in the deal will form an LLC, identify member responsibilities, open an operational bank account and fund holding costs for the deal and execute a purchase contract for the property. Your projects will be overseen by a professional engineer and an experienced rehab investor.
Our goal is to have fun, make a profit and learn how to properly rehab a property. We will also provide the buyer and the neighborhood with homes that are shining examples of what we, as investors, do for the economy and the community.

Here’s the big picture: You must let everyone know who you are and what you do. The goal is to have all the folks in your area call you if they are considering selling their property. Your next task is to separate the folks who WANT to sell from the folks who NEED to sell. And finally, when you find a motivated seller, you must be able to creatively structure a win-win deal, as well as be willing to pull the trigger quickly – ’cause great deals don’t hang around long!

This month, on Tuesday, May 17th at Noon the Onsite Renovation Group will be meeting at a home of “Rock the Investor” located at 5575 Miller Grove Rd, Lithonia, GA. Come join us and have your renovations questions answered by one of the most prolific investors in Atlanta. Lynn and Rock will show you the secrets of how to make maximum profits from your flips.
The Atlanta REIA Onsite Renovation Group (ORG), hosted by Lynn Overall, is an educational and networking group that focuses on the acquisition, renovation and retail resale (fix and flip) of single family residential homes. The purpose of the group is to allow both new and experienced rehabbers and investors to meet, network and share knowledge and experience with “hands on” access to real property. The Onsite Renovation Group meets on the 3rd Tuesday each month at NOON at an active renovation site, build site or rental property which will vary from month to month. As always, there is no charge for Atlanta REIA members to attend. Guests pay only $20 at the door.
