HP 10BII Financial CalculatorIt’s no secret that there’s no better time in history to buy real estate than right now.  Deals are abundant and many sellers are now open to owner financing.  And there is certainly no shortage of buyers who want to take advantage of lease purchase and owner finance deals in today’s market conditions.  All this sounds very exciting and great opportunity exists for those who know how to work the numbers and structure deals to work in their favor.  Are you among the enterprising elite who know how to do this to create win-win situations for all parties involved?
