New Creative Deal Structuring Group Hosted by Russ Hiner

JUST ANNOUNCED: We are very excited to announce the new Creative Deal Structuring (CDS) hosted by local investor and real estate investing mentor, Russ Hiner. CDS for real estate investors is a brand new monthly educational and networking group of like-minded people who want to succeed in creating wealth through creative real estate investing. New Short Sale & Foreclosure Group Hosted by Bob Massey

JUST ANNOUNCED: We are very excited to announce that Bob Massey, a local investor and national speaker, has teamed up with Atlanta REIA to create a new quarterly networking and educational subgroup focused on short sales and foreclosures. With all of the changes going on with short sales, state laws, bank and government programs and the new quiet title actions, it is critical that investors keep up with all the ongoing changes. The opportunities surrounding pre-foreclosure homes are huge. Bob has started this group so that he and all of our members can share information and techniques for monetizing this huge income potential.
The Short Sale & Foreclosure Group (SSF) will have it’s first meeting on Tuesday, March 20th at Noon at O’Charleys located at 1289 Dogwood Dr SW in Conyers, GA. Craig Halperin, Real Estate Attorney

Craig M. Halperin was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. After graduating from North Springs High School, he conducted his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin and graduated with a B.A. in Business Economics. Craig went on to study at the University of Georgia, Hirsch School of Law on scholarship, where he enrolled in a J.D./M.Ed. joint degree program. After graduation from law school, Craig practiced corporate law until making the switch to the practice of real property law in early 2006. Craig has acted as the Managing Partner and CFO of Halperin Lyman, LLC since its inception. Halperin Lyman has successfully conducted thousands of closings for hundreds of different clients, working hand in hand with real estate investors, agents and brokers, both conventional and private money lenders, as well as a team of vendors specializing in real estate investments, to see each transaction through from cradle to grave. Jonathan Lyman, Real Estate Attorney

Jonathan Lyman was born in Atlanta, Georgia and was raised in Gwinnett County. After graduating from Shiloh High School, he attended The Citadel, Military College of South Carolina and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Law and Legal Studies. He went on to study law at the University of Georgia, Hirsch School of Law where he focused his studies on real property law and received a J.D. in May of 2004. He was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in December of 2004 and has been employed in the transactional real property field since. Read More→
