Alex is demoing the house down to the foundation and rebuilding it as a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with an open living room, modern kitchen and over sized master bedroom.

The Atlanta SHARK TANK meets on the 1st Monday of each month from 6PM to 9PM at Hudson Grille located at 6317 Roswell Rd NE, Sandy Springs, GA (map) just outside the Perimeter. Shark Tank is currently FREE for Atlanta REIA Members and Guests and is Hosted by Dustin Griffin.
WHOLESALERS, bring your deals and pitch them to the Sharks and our to attendees who are ready to put your deals under contract on the spot! Click here for more information on How to Submit Your Deals to the Sharks.
We can only pitch a limited number of deals to the Sharks, so the deals that don’t get pitched to the Sharks can be pitched during the “Rapid Fire, Deal Pitch Fest” after the conclusion of the Shark Tank panel.
Be sure to bring your contracts and plenty of business cards and flyers for our flyer table and enough for anyone who wants one. You can post your properties to our Atlanta Shark Tank Facebook Group and other Facebook Groups as well throughout the month.
INVESTORS, if you’re looking for a deal to purchase to fix and flip or to buy and hold, come prepared to write contracts and put down any necessary earnest money deposits. There will be plenty of deals being pitched to the Sharks and during the “Rapid Fire, Deal Pitch Fest”. If a deal is not already taken, all you have to to is decide if it is a “Deal” or “No Deal” and take action!
VENDORS, Reserve a Vendor Table for as little as $25, come check us out and and come prepared to meet lots of investors who are looking to do business with you. Vendor tables are cocktail tables that are available on a first come, first serve basis. Vendors will be setup in the “Game Room” at the Hudson Grille and be able to do Vendor Commercials in the “Dining Room” during the beginning of the meeting on a first come, first serve basis.
Eat, Drink, Be Merry and Make Deals Happen! Shark Tank is a “dinner” group and we kindly request that you buy dinner and/or drinks since the Hudson Grille allows us to take over their space and takes such good care of us. Please tip the wait staff well.

Please join us on Tuesday, July 2nd at NOON for the Atlanta REIA Onsite Renovation Group (ORG) to learn all about finding, funding, fixing and flipping houses (or holding) for big profits right here in the metro Atlanta area. This month’s meeting will be held at property being rehabbed by Dee Adewunmi located at 1085 White Oak Ave SW, Atlanta, GA.
This property is located in the Oakland Historic neighborhood. It is an English Vernacular revival Tudor house built in 1940 that was 3 bedroom, 1 bath, 1013 sqft home (see Original photo). Prior to Dee acquiring the property, the existing structure was heavily altered by a previous investor without the required permits and the project was abandoned (see Before photo). Dee purchased the property as-is in March 2019 through the FMLS.
The City of Atlanta wants the house to be restored to this English Vernacular Revival style character (see Original photo). Upon completion, the home will be 4 bedrooms (2 master suites on 2nd floor) with 3 ensuite bathrooms and about 1900 sqft. There are 2 story high vaulted ceilings with an all open concept. Dee even replaced the fire chimney which was destroyed by tree and previous investor.
The house is about 85% complete. Dee has had the interior doors and trim installed. She is working on kitchen cabinets this week and should have the interior painted by the time of our visit. So RSVP Now and come check out Dee’s 2nd major historical rehab project!

How to Raise Private Money

There are three basic reasons businesses fail, Management, marketing and money. During this month’s meeting I will be showing you how to find all the money you need from people sitting right next to you when you did didn’t even know it.
During this meeting, I’m going to show you that four out of every 10 people you meet have the potential to be your private lender even though you don’t even realize it.
I will discuss the “Do’s and Don’ts” of borrowing money from private individuals. Often times you hear people say “you don’t need money to buy real estate” and although this is true, the reality is that it is so much easier with money.
So, if you’re interested in finding out how you can find all the private lenders you can get your hands on, then be sure to attend this session. Here’s just a few of the things that I will discuss…

Pitch Your Deals
The Atlanta SHARK TANK meets on the 1st Monday of each month from 6PM to 9PM at Hudson Grille located at 6317 Roswell Rd NE, Sandy Springs, GA (map) just outside the Perimeter. Shark Tank is currently FREE for Atlanta REIA Members and Guests and is Hosted by Dustin Griffin.
WHOLESALERS, bring your deals and pitch them to the Sharks and our to attendees who are ready to put your deals under contract on the spot! Click here for more information on How to Submit Your Deals to the Sharks.
We can only pitch a limited number of deals to the Sharks, so the deals that don’t get pitched to the Sharks can be pitched during the “Rapid Fire, Deal Pitch Fest” after the conclusion of the Shark Tank panel.
Be sure to bring your contracts and plenty of business cards and flyers for our flyer table and enough for anyone who wants one. You can post your properties to our Atlanta Shark Tank Facebook Group and other Facebook Groups as well throughout the month.
INVESTORS, if you’re looking for a deal to purchase to fix and flip or to buy and hold, come prepared to write contracts and put down any necessary earnest money deposits. There will be plenty of deals being pitched to the Sharks and during the “Rapid Fire, Deal Pitch Fest”. If a deal is not already taken, all you have to to is decide if it is a “Deal” or “No Deal” and take action!
VENDORS, Reserve a Vendor Table for as little as $25, come check us out and and come prepared to meet lots of investors who are looking to do business with you. Vendor tables are cocktail tables that are available on a first come, first serve basis. Vendors will be setup in the “Game Room” at the Hudson Grille and be able to do Vendor Commercials in the “Dining Room” during the beginning of the meeting on a first come, first serve basis.
Eat, Drink, Be Merry and Make Deals Happen! Shark Tank is a “dinner” group and we kindly request that you buy dinner and/or drinks since the Hudson Grille allows us to take over their space and takes such good care of us. Please tip the wait staff well.
