Please join us on Tuesday, April 17th at NOON for the Atlanta REIA Onsite Renovation Group (ORG), hosted by Don DeRosa and Dustin Griffin, to learn all about finding, funding, fixing, and flipping houses for big profits right here in the Atlanta Metro Area at an active job site. This month’s Onsite Renovation Group meeting will be held at a property managed by Manesh Hardeo, of Networth Realty, which is located at 2724 Tupelo Street SE in Atlanta, GA. This is a house in East Lake that was purchased from the original owner and was very well maintained.
Manesh purchased the property to pop-the-top and double the square footage and turn the house into a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2,100 square foot home. The house is expected to be finished in May. Come join us to see the progress is coming along on this major rehab!
The Atlanta REIA Onsite Renovation Group (ORG) is an educational and networking group that focuses on the acquisition, renovation and retail resale (fix and flip) of single family residential homes. The purpose of the group is to allow both new and experienced rehabbers and investors to meet, network and share knowledge and experience with “hands on” access to real property.

When you come across a lead, do you know how to look at the information, analyze it and determine what to do with it next? There’s nothing worse than losing a deal because you don’t know multiple ways to structure the deal and how to present multiple offers to the seller.
We are in the midst of a sellers’ market. Although I wish it would never end, that simply isn’t possible. As Sir Isaac Newton once said “what goes up must come down“. He was referring to gravity of course, but the same can be said for real estate.
I want you to learn NOW, how to buy properties with no money down or with as little as possible because you can’t and shouldn’t always rely on traditional funding and traditional methods.
To be a good, creative deal structurer, two things need to happen… 1) You need to become a problem solver. The better you understand the problem, the more solutions you can offer your seller. 2) You need to become your seller’s partner. It needs to be a win-win scenario for everyone.
During the Creative Deal Structuring Workshop, I’m going to teach you how to collect the right information, how to analyze the details and then how to use it to create a win-win solution for you and your seller.

Atlanta REIA is very excited to partner up with Flipping Atlanta to bring you this new educational and networking experience. Flipping Atlanta is the local networking chapter for Flipping America, a nationally syndicated radio show about real estate investing. The show originates in Atlanta, Georgia and the program host, Roger Blankenship is often on-hand to lead the group.
Flipping Atlanta meets on the 2nd Thursday of every month at 6PM at Roam Perimeter Center located at 1151 Hammond Dr NE #240 in Dunwoody, GA on the 2nd floor of the Perimeter Expo Shopping Center which is just across the street from Perimeter Mall.

During his time in Houston he successfully completed hundreds transactions including wholesale deals, rentals, owner finance, and retail flips. In addition, he originated several hundred hard money loans and had much experience dealing in private equity during his tenure in Houston.
