“My name is Vicky Schettini an I’m a single mom. For the majority of my life I’ve lived in California where home values always seemed to be on the rise with the exception of when the market crashed. In 2014, I was suffering from “empty nest syndrome” and decided to move to Jackson, MS to be closer to my daughter.
Mississippi is a “non-disclosure” state, meaning not all real estate transactions and sales prices are disclosed to the public. Calculating After Repair Value (ARV) in these areas is an ongoing challenge where either property sales are not disclosed, market value fluctuates to the extremes, or if you’re in a stagnant market. You can determine values in all of these areas. More value for your flips = More money!
I have creatively been able to show and increase property values of my flips and I’m coming to the Beginning Investors Group to teach you how to do it. Once you learn how to do this, it will be second nature and part of your normal routine in all your transactions.
Upon moving to Jackson, MS, I had some trial and tribulations that left me homeless with only $500 to my name. I moved to Jackson to build my wealth and needed the security of passive income. As an ADDED ONSITE BONUS, after our Onsite visit to Amy’s 155 Valley Dr Roswell Rehab Project, we’re going to visit her Commercial Rehab Project in Roswell historic district at 801 Atlanta Street, Roswell, GA. This building is Amy’s new office building called the Collective Rise Campus (CRC) which is being designed as a “First of its kind shared workspace and collaborative education campus for professionals who serve or work within the real estate entrepreneurial space”.
This 6000 sqft, standalone building was the Dekalb Tire Center for most of its life. The existing space had open bays and open non-insulated rooms. Renovation includes dividing the space as well as re-work of the interior to support an environmentally controlled and high-tech shared work space.

In 2012, I found myself working from paycheck-to-paycheck with ONLY $25 a month to spare. As a single mom, I wanted financial security for my child and I. I set out to make the right connections. I learned how flip homes in California. Although I had early success, legal expenses from the divorce were extracting all the profits. Undeterred, I was determined to build wealth and my legacy for my family. In 2074, my daughter graduated high school and started her new chapter going to LSUA. I was now one of the many women who have the empty-nest syndrome. I took a leap of faith and relocated to Jackson, MS to be closer to my only daughter. After several setbacks that left me homeless, I was finally able to close my first home with only $500 left to my name.
In 2018, I founded WIT (Whatever It Takes) Property Finders. I was already on track to accomplish my financial freedom building my wealth and legacy. From those humble beginnings, I stayed focused
and driven. I own and owned several multi-family complexes, over 700 SFRs (Single Family Residences), retail and commercial buildings. In the last four years, I have executed over 7,000 traditional and non-traditional transactions ranging from flips, buy and holds, notes, wraps, partials, and wholesales of single-family residences, multi-family, storage units, mobile home parks, retail and commercial buildings all combine totaling over $72 million in real estate.
Currently, I am the author of “Investing Real Estate Secrets,” set to launch in August of 2019. My most recent accomplishment, I have completed my offer, “Wealth and Empowerment – Real Estate for Financial Freedom” product. My goal is to use my product and all of the knowledge I’ve gained over the last few years to help at least one million people. Once again, I am in full speed, determined to make a difference in other peoples lives.

Please join us on Tuesday, September 2, 2019 at NOON for the Atlanta REIA Onsite Renovation Group (ORG) to learn all about finding, funding, fixing and flipping houses for big profits right here in the metro Atlanta area.
This month’s rehab project is located at 5674 Bradley Circle, Lithonia, GA. This rehab project, being managed by Chrissy Griffin, was a fire damaged, single family home that was originally built as a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,273 sqft home built in 1988. However, the previous homeowners converted the garage to another bedroom and 1/2 bath before the fire. You may recall that we visited this property at Onsite January 15, 2019.
Chrissy had the house gutted down to the studs and all the fire damaged wood replaced. The house has now been fully restored to a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 1800 sqft home.
The home has a stunning open floor plan. Everything is BRAND NEW from the roof to the foundation. The home is fully staged, listed on the market and already has received multiple offers.
