Prior to the Main Meeting, we have our very first Mobile Real Estate Rockstars Subgroup Meeting with Don DeRosa at the “Meeting-Before-the-Meeting”. Tuesday is the Super Smart Technology Webcast. Wednesday is the Spanish Investors Networking Group with Michael Vazquez and the I Love Marketing Group with Rock Shukoor. Thursday is the Haves & Wants Meeting, the Small Business Meeting with Joe Thompson on quiet title and the Atlanta REIA South Meeting with LaGaylia Appleby on lowering your property taxes. Saturday is a full day workshop with Duncan Wierman on “Building Your Brand & Dominating Your Niche”.

Now that you have taken care of your federal and state income taxes it is time to take care of your property taxes. If you own a property, each year you receive a letter in the mail from the county appraisal office informing you what value your property will be assessed at the coming year. Many people, believe it or not, do not take a second look at it and just wait for the bill to show up at the end of the year. STOP!!!
