My name is Vicky Schettini. I am a single mom and in 2014 I was suffering from the empty nest syndrome. Living from paycheck to paycheck with only $25.00 to spare, I decided to build my Legacy and Wealth. I was ready to start investing in buy and hold properties. Desperately wanting and needing the security of passive income, I decided to move across country from California to Jackson, MS to be closer to my only daughter.
Things didn’t go as planned and I ended up homeless in a new town where I didn’t know a single person. I was on a mission to build my wealth and decided to do whatever it takes to succeed. I quickly started networking with anyone and everyone possible. I was laughed at and hung up on many times but failure was not an option, so I pushed on.
I finally found an investor who was willing to sell me one of his houses with owner financing. I had to be very creative in ways to come up with the down payment since I was broke. I was finally able to move into my new home and I only had $500 to my name. I taught myself how to rehab the property and put back on the market and had it rented within 4 hours! I have been creative in acquiring more properties and duplicating what I had done ever since.
In just short 4 years, I have exceeded my own goals. I own over 100 single family properties, 4 apartment complexes plus I am still to this day an active investor with a full team helping me. My portfolio continues to grow monthly. In the beginning, I didn’t have any money or credit, but that didn’t stop me from achieving my goals and dreams.
Today, my mission now is to help 1 million people just like me reach financial independence. I want to teach you what I did and how you can duplicate my system of success.

Please join us on Tuesday, August 20th at NOON for the Atlanta REIA Onsite Renovation Group (ORG) to learn all about finding, funding, fixing and flipping houses (or holding) for big profits right here in the metro Atlanta area.
This month’s 2nd Onsite meeting will be held at 1147 To Lani Farm Rd, Stone Mountain, GA which is a rehab project we visited back in January before renovation began. See video below of what you missed.
This house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2,170 sq ft, split level home built in 1985. At the time of purchase, the home was being used as a Section 8 rental. This project being managed by Chrissy Griffin and Alan McDaniel started out as a “light” rehab with a $40K budget but may have ended up costing closer to $55K.
The house has been completely renovated on the inside. Several walls have been removed creating a much more open floor plan. The house has a new kitchen, new baths, updated lighting and is fully staged. On the exterior, they replaced the roof, windows and doors, rebuilt the deck and repaired and painted the privacy fence and updated landscaping.

The Atlanta REIA Short-Term Rental Owners Networking Group (STRONG) is a NEW educational and networking subgroup lead by Richard Munroe that is held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 1PM for lunch at Taco Mac in the Prado located at 5600 Roswell Rd, Ste M-003, Sandy Springs, GA.
STRONG is for those who are already actively in the short-term rental business, as well as those who are just getting started. WHOLESALERS, bring your deals and pitch them to the Sharks and our to attendees who are ready to put your deals under contract on the spot! Click here for more information on How to Submit Your Deals to the Sharks.
We can only pitch a limited number of deals to the Sharks, so the deals that don’t get pitched to the Sharks can be pitched during the “Rapid Fire, Deal Pitch Fest” after the conclusion of the Shark Tank panel.
Be sure to bring your contracts and plenty of business cards and flyers for our flyer table and enough for anyone who wants one. You can post your properties to our Atlanta Shark Tank Facebook Group and other Facebook Groups as well throughout the month.
INVESTORS, if you’re looking for a deal to purchase to fix and flip or to buy and hold, come prepared to write contracts and put down any necessary earnest money deposits. There will be plenty of deals being pitched to the Sharks and during the “Rapid Fire, Deal Pitch Fest”. If a deal is not already taken, all you have to to is decide if it is a “Deal” or “No Deal” and take action!
VENDORS, Reserve a Vendor Table for as little as $25, come check us out and and come prepared to meet lots of investors who are looking to do business with you. Vendor tables are cocktail tables that are available on a first come, first serve basis. Vendors will be setup in the “Game Room” at the Hudson Grille and be able to do Vendor Commercials in the “Dining Room” during the beginning of the meeting on a first come, first serve basis.
