Now it is possible to sort by deed type (Looking for private lenders?), view a map of sales at street level (Pulling comps?), sort transactions by date (Want to get a snapshot of the market on a county level?), look up sales information by address (What did the seller pay for the property?) and view a history of the property transactions linked by date (Want to know the sales history?).
