Please join us on Tuesday, January 21st at NOON for the Atlanta REIA Onsite Renovation Group (ORG) to learn all about finding, funding, fixing and flipping houses (or holding) for big profits right here in the metro Atlanta area.
This month’s meeting will be held at Malhar Bhagat & Danielle Jasmine’s newly finished rehab located at 575 Connally St SE, Atlanta GA.
When Malhar and Danielle purchased the property, it was a poorly functioning 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. It looked like it was in MUCH BETTER condition than it actually was. The property had a huge water drainage problem because a previous owner had dug a ditch around the entire home which caused water to collect after EVERY rain. At times, there were as much as 9 inches of water in the entire crawl space.
Now, Malhar and Danielle have brought it back to its former glory with a stunning renovation. This property was LIFTED, (yes, lifted), moved and a new foundation was built, a new floor system and had about 95% new framing installed throughout.
In addition, all of the systems in the house are new, including a new roof and new siding! This home’s elevation was increased by over 4 feet and now water is moved away from the property.
This labor of love now shines as one of the area’s NICEST homes and the quality of work is impeccable! You’re GOING to WANT to come see this one and hear valuable lessons learned!

WHOLESALERS, bring your deals and pitch them to the Sharks and our to attendees who are ready to put your deals under contract on the spot! Click here for more information on How to Submit Your Deals to the Sharks.
We can only pitch a limited number of deals to the Sharks, so the deals that don’t get pitched to the Sharks can be pitched during the “Rapid Fire, Deal Pitch Fest” after the conclusion of the Shark Tank panel.

VENDORS, Reserve a Vendor Table for as little as $25, come check us out and and come prepared to meet lots of investors who are looking to do business with you. Vendor tables are cocktail tables that are available on a first come, first serve basis. Vendors will be setup in the “Game Room” at the Hudson Grille and be able to do Vendor Commercials in the “Dining Room” during the beginning of the meeting on a first come, first serve basis.

How to Better Manage Your Time & Priorities

Join Don DeRosa every month at 5PM SHARP at our Meeting-Before-the-Meeting that we like to call the High Tech Home Buying Creative Deal Structuring Subgroup one hour BEFORE the Atlanta REIA Main Monthly Event.
Where does your time go and how do you manage it? In this session, Don will discuss where your time goes and how to successfully manage it to put the MOST important things first. Don is going to show you how to organize you life using a simple to use system for organizing and prioritizing everyday stuff. He is going to show you how you can use simple apps, to eliminate all the paper in your life and become infinitely more organized. Here are some things you will learn:
- How to identify your biggest time wasters and how to eliminate them once and for all
- What apps he recommends to get organized
- How to use a day planning system so that you never lose anything ever again
- How to prioritize you daily action list using eight simple questions
Each month, Don will teach you about different real estate investing purchase and sale strategies to put more money in your pocket as as well as state-of-the-art tools and techniques you’ll use to evaluate deals and figure out how to make them work. You’ll learn to work less and earn more so you can spend more time where you want, when you want and with whom you want.
At 5:00 PM in the Main Lobby, we have a Vendor Trade Show that lasts throughout the meeting where you can come out and meet many of our participating Business Members and Vendor Guests who help sponsor our meeting. See a full list of our vendors and sponsors below as they are added.

Starting at 6:00 PM, Dustin Griffin kicks off the Atlanta REIA Main Monthly Event with updates and announcements. Dustin covers what’s happening at Atlanta REIA in the upcoming weeks and months such as upcoming workshops, webcasts, special events, members benefits and much more! Be sure to be in the main meeting room at 6:15 PM for your chance to be one of the first to receive a printed copy of The Profit Newsletter while supplies last.
At approximately 6:30 PM, Joe Thompson will be hosting the Haves & Wants Speed Marketing Session which gives our members the opportunity to quickly market deals they HAVE and to find deals they WANT. We also give our business members the opportunity to get up and say a few words about their businesses. Members who want to participate in the Haves & Wants Marketing Session must bring your flyers and get to the meeting early to get on Joe’s list of participants.

After the conclusion of the Atlanta REIA Main Meeting, we will be reconvening at 9:30 PM at Three Dollar Cafe located at the 3537 Chamblee Tucker Rd in Atlanta, GA for the Late Nite Networking and the “Meeting-After-The-Meeting”! There is no charge for Atlanta REIA Members or guests to attend Late Nite Networking, so bring a friend and head on down to Late Nite Networking and have a cold brew with us! Just be sure you order food and beverages from the restaurant and please tip their wait staff generously.

The Atlanta Real Estate Investors SHARK TANK is new group for active real estate investors who want to get together once a month to buy, sell, trade and pitch deals, network, market, have fun and make deals happen!
If you need to sell a deal or want to find a fix and flip deal or a buy and hold deal, this is the one meeting you don’t want to miss! There will be a vendors trade show, networking, a flyer table, experts on hand, the Shark Tank, deal pitching and more!

Pitch Your Deals
The Atlanta SHARK TANK meets on the 1st Monday of each month from 6:30PM to 9PM at Hudson Grille located at 6317 Roswell Rd NE, Sandy Springs, GA (map) just outside the Perimeter. Shark Tank is currently has no cover charge for Atlanta REIA Members and Guests and is Hosted by Dustin Griffin.
WHOLESALERS, bring your deals and pitch them to the Sharks and our to attendees who are ready to put your deals under contract on the spot! Click here for more information on How to Submit Your Deals to the Sharks.
We can only pitch a limited number of deals to the Sharks, so the deals that don’t get pitched to the Sharks can be pitched during the “Rapid Fire, Deal Pitch Fest” after the conclusion of the Shark Tank panel.
Be sure to bring your contracts and plenty of business cards and flyers for our flyer table and enough for anyone who wants one. You can post your properties to our Atlanta Shark Tank Facebook Group and other Facebook Groups as well throughout the month.
INVESTORS, if you’re looking for a deal to purchase to fix and flip or to buy and hold, come prepared to write contracts and put down any necessary earnest money deposits. There will be plenty of deals being pitched to the Sharks and during the “Rapid Fire, Deal Pitch Fest”. If a deal is not already taken, all you have to to is decide if it is a “Deal” or “No Deal” and take action!
VENDORS, Reserve a Vendor Table for as little as $25, come check us out and and come prepared to meet lots of investors who are looking to do business with you. Vendor tables are cocktail tables that are available on a first come, first serve basis. Vendors will be setup in the “Game Room” at the Hudson Grille and be able to do Vendor Commercials in the “Dining Room” during the beginning of the meeting on a first come, first serve basis.
Eat, Drink, Be Merry and Make Deals Happen! Shark Tank is a “dinner” group and we kindly request that you buy dinner and/or drinks since the Hudson Grille allows us to take over their space and takes such good care of us. Please tip the wait staff well.
Bring your deals, your business cards, flyers and your haves, wants and needs to the meeting and come network with us!
