This week is our Atlanta REIA Main Meeting for August. Come join us at the meeting for vendors, haves & wants, an Atlanta Real Estate Market Update and a training session on “Nuclear Negotiation Tactics” with local real estate expert Russ Hiner. After the Main Meeting will the “meeting after the meeting” at the Tilted Kilt. We’re also having Saturday in the Park this weekend. Come join us!
Local Investor and mentor, Russ Hiner, will be teaching his “Nuclear Negotiation Tactics” at our next Main Atlanta REIA Monthly Meeting on August 1st at 5:30 PM. Russ recently did a similar presentation at our Atlanta REIA West Meeting and the response and feedback was so overwhelming, we decided to have Russ come teach our entire membership at the Main Meeting. The Atlanta REIA Main Meeting will be held at the Atlanta Perimeter Hotel & Suites (formerly the W Hotel Perimeter) located at 111 Perimeter Center West (map) in Atlanta across the street from Perimeter Mall. Because of the summer heat, the dress code this month will be “beach casual”, so put on your Hawaiian shirt, shorts and flip flops and come join us! This is our Main Atlanta REIA Meeting for the month of August, so don’t miss it! Members can attend for FREE and guests only $10.
Members and guests can arrive early at 5:00 PM and mingle in the hotel lobby and lounge with other members and vendors. The Haves and Wants Speed Marketing Session which will begin at 6:00 PM. Free parking is available for members and guests in the parking lot conveniently located behind the hotel. Be sure to bring a pen and paper to take lots of notes, plenty of business cards for networking and flyers for marketing your investment properties for sale.

We will be meeting at the Tilted Kilt Perimeter located at 1155-B Mount Vernon Highway in Atlanta at 9:30 PM for the “meeting-after-the-meeting” and some Late Nite Networking. Bring Your Family & Party in the Park with Us on August 6th!
Atlanta REIA invites you and your family to join us Saturday in the Park for the Roswell Riverside Sounds outdoor concert series that take place on the first Saturday of each month all summer long. We will be rockin’ on the Chattahoochee at Riverside Park located at 575 Riverside Road in Roswell, GA. We meet in the park starting at 5:30 PM and the concert starts at 7 PM and ends at 9 PM. We will be setting up at the back right-hand side of the park (see aerial photo) as you enter the concert area from the parking lot.
