Just Announced! Jeff Kaller in Atlanta on June 6th, 17th & 18th

At our next Atlanta REIA Main Meeting on June 6th we are excited to feature the original founding father of today’s short sale techniques, Mr. Jeff Kaller. He has promised to share the refined plan he uses to turn over One Billion Dollars in negotiated short sale deals into his collective network. He plans to lay out a blue print for how you can fill your deal pipeline (he calls it his money funnel) with productive deals that will produce cash. Movers and Shakers is a new Atlanta REIA educational and networking group led by Gordon Catts that is designed to meet the interests of intermediate and advanced investors rather than new investors. The group meets on the 3rd Monday of each month at the 5 Seasons Brewing located at 3655 Old Milton Parkway in Alpharetta, GA. The doors open at 11:00 AM and the program officially starts at 11:30 AM. Atlanta REIA members can attend at no charge and non-members for $5.00.

Our next What’s Hot in Real Estate Investing Webcast is on Tuesday, May 17th at 7PM ET with website designer and internet marketing expert, Jens Beatty, on his WordPress LeadTheme 2.0. Atlanta REIA North is a of the Atlanta Real Estate Investors Alliance that meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 1960 Skylar Hill Dr, Suite D, Buford, Georgia in North Gwinnett County just a few miles from the Mall of Georgia. Like the Main Atlanta REIA Monthly Meeting, this subchapter will be led by Dustin Griffin and will focus on a wide variety of cutting edge real estate investing strategies with a special emphasis on Internet Marketing and Technology for the modern day “High Tech Investor”. The cost is $5.00 at the door for non-members.

Immediately after the Atlanta REIA North Monthly Meeting, we will reconvene at the Mall of Georgia Taco Mac for Late Nite Networking. We hope you will come out and eat, drink, network, learn and have fun with us!

This meeting is a weekly investor’s brainstorming and deal making jam session hosted by Joe Thompson and held at 5 Seasons Brewing located at 5600 Roswell Rd (map) inside the Perimeter at the “Prado” in Sandy Springs from 1:30 PM till approximately 3:00 PM. This group is all about doing deals and making money right now. This is a group for players. Come have lunch and network with us.
