Tuesday we have a webcast with Russ Hiner on Wholesaling Houses for Fast Cash. Also, on Tuesday is the Gwinnett Investors Group with Special Guest Speaker, Steve Brown on Private Lending. Wednesday is the Atlanta REIA North Meeting with Dustin Griffin on Internet Marketing for Buyer and Seller Leads. Thursday is Haves & Wants with Joe Thompson. Friday, the 3 Day Investing Revolution 2012 Seminar with Bob Massey begins in Atlanta. Saturday is the Wholesaling 101 Workshop with Russ Hiner.

Movers and Shakers is an educational and networking group led by Gordon Catts that is designed to meet the interests of intermediate and advanced investors rather than new investors. The group meets on Monday, April 16th at 11:00 AM and on the 3rd Monday of each month at 5 Seasons Brewing in Alpharetta. The doors open at 11:00 AM and the program officially starts at 11:30 AM. The Gwinnett Investors Group (aka “The Fish Club”), led by Aaron McGinnis, meets on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at the Red Lobster Seafood Restaurant located at 2055 Pleasant Hill Road in Duluth just off I-85. This group is an educational and networking group that brings in local, active investors and service providers to provide information and education in a low or no-sales environment. 23 year old Georgia Tech grad, Dorsie Boddiford, will be our main speaker at the Beginning Investors Group (BIG) on April 25th at 6:30 PM. Dorsie started investing in real estate back in June 2011. She bought her first property in August 2011. A couple of days ago in on foreclosure Tuesday in April, she bought her 8th property! Dorsie is going share her story of how she got started and how she has been able to accomplish so much in such a very short time.
