ALSO, A SATURDAY SEMINAR: Pete, Dyches and I will be doing a full-day seminar called “What Box?” on Saturday, April 14^th from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., in Cartersville GA. Only 80 seats are available. First 40 people who register get an invite to a one-of-a-kind cookout lunch along with Pete and Dyches to be held on Friday, April 13^th from 11 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. around the camp fire at our horse ranch in Adairsville, GA!

Lots of big news for April:

1. Our new website is up and running at NorthGeorgiaREIA.com!

2. Pete Fortunato and Dyches Boddiford will be our two guest speakers at the April North Georgia REIA meeting. You’ve heard me sing their praises for years. Both have been my primary REI teachers since the late 1990s. This will be the BEST meeting we’ve ever had with two of the best teachers in the country!!! I promise these two men will rock your creative deal-structuring mind!

3. Pete, Dyches and I are doing a full-day creative deal structuring and financing seminar called “What Box?” on Saturday, April 14, 2012 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pete will give his powerful capitalism talk – his talk is so powerful that it caused me to shut down our REIA in April 2007! Do the math, when Pete speaks in April, it will be almost 5 years ago to the day from when he last spoke to North Georgia REIA folks! What will happen this time? Who knows – You’d better be there to find out!!!

4. Before Thursday’s REIA meeting, Kim, Dyches, Pete and I will be having dinner at the Hilton Garden Inn. If you want to get to the meeting early to get the best seat – this meeting will be packed – then why not join us for dinner?!
