Cashflow Players Group

The Atlanta REIA Cashflow Players Group, led by Alan McDonald, is a place where individuals can learn to take control of their financial future by playing Robert Kiyosaki’s educational Cashflow 101 and Cashflow 202 board games. By playing the game, you will learn what the rich teach their kids about money that the poor and middle class do not, and why you don’t need to earn a high income to become wealthy.

The purpose of this Cashflow Players Group is to educate and empower individuals in their quest for achieving financial independence.  It is also to build rapport and trust among our players so that eventually we can work together in the real world of real estate investing. This group will share experiences, practice real world investing using Cashflow 101 and/or Cashflow 202 strategies and be provided with educational information which will increase your financial IQ.

For those of you who are entrepreneurs, you will also learn to create wealth through proper business structuring, estate & retirement planning and real estate investing. CASHFLOW 101 is an educational board game that teaches accounting, finance, and investing at the same time making learning fun!

CASHFLOW 202 teaches you the advanced business and investment techniques used by technically savvy investors by adding volatility to the game.  It teaches advanced investment techniques of “short-selling stock”, “put-options”, “call-options”, ”straddles” and real estate exchanges.
