Carson OlingerJoin us at the Atlanta REIA Main Meeting & Vendor Tradeshow on Monday, September 11th from 5:30PM-9PM at the City of Light located at 3125 Presidential Pkwy, Atlanta, GA. This month's special guest speaker will be Carson Olinger on "Mobile Home & Mobile Home Park Ownership".

Since July 2017, Carson has created multiple income streams within his business from Flipping Houses, Wholesaling, Buy and Holds, Wraps, Notes, Consulting and "Subject To" Acquisitions. He and his team are primarily focused on income producing, multi-family properties, flips and notes. They still use wholesaling to disposes properties that which don't fit their buying criteria and are a good source for Wholesale deals, but Flipping and Long-term holds are their primary focus.

Carson and his team now analyze larger deals of multi-family concepts and Mobile Home parks and even boat and RV storage facilities. In 6 short years, Carson's Capital City Equity Group has closed on close to 275 transactions, 17 completed flips and self manages 189 income producing properties. Carson has secured private capital funding to acquire his 100% of his deals and has access to about $3.3MM in capital via his Capital and investor partners.

Additionally, Capital City Equity Group and its affiliates have transacted $21,000,000 in Real estate since starting and are now expanding the business to increase the lead funnel to be actively closing 3-5 deals SFH per month as a goal and acquiring 150 – 300 income producing properties per year.

Carson is an expert in Deal Architecture and works with private equity to fund deals. His team specializes in Mobile Home Park acquisitions of the mid-size market. Currently his properties yield $1,300,000 in Gross Rent each year.
