What’s Happening at Atlanta REIA – Week of April 2, 2012

This week we have our Atlanta REIA Main Meeting on Monday with Robert Shemin which is preceded by the “Meeting Before the Meeting” John Mangham and followed by the “Meeting After the Meeting” at the Tilted Kilt Perimeter. Tuesday is the Creative Deal Structuring Group hosted by Russ Hiner with special guest “Cash Flow” Tom Boyer. Thursday is the Haves & Wants Meeting with approximately 40 serious investors that have and want deals.

After the conclusion of the Main Meeting, we will be reconvening at the Tilted Kilt Perimeter located at 1155-B Mount Vernon Highway in Atlanta for the “Meeting after the Meeting”. “Cash Flow” Tom Boyer, leader of the Atlanta REIA Note Buyers Group, will be the guest speaker on at this month’s Creative Deal Structuring Group on April 4, 2012 at 7 PM at the Cheyenne Grill located 2391 Peachtree Rd NE in Atlanta (Buckhead). Haves and Wants is a weekly investor’s networking, brainstorming and deal making jam session hosted by Joe Thompson and held every Thursday at 5 Seasons Brewing located at 5600 Roswell Rd (map) inside the Perimeter at the “Prado” in Sandy Springs from 1:30 PM till approximately 3:00 PM.
