What’s Happening at Atlanta REIA – May 3, 2022

Tuesday, May 3rd @ NOON (LIVE in Buford): Onsite Renovation Group with Dustin Griffin, Don DeRosa & Chrissy Griffin. We will be meeting at Dominic and Chrissy’s s rehab project located at 4069 Manor Hill Pl, Buford, GA.

Chrissy says “This deal is 3 bed, 2 bath, 1500 sqft single family ranch that was a pre-foreclosure. It was a hoarder house that was vacant for over a year with flood damage. We tried to short sale it, but the banks declined due to a $25K insurance check in escrow. There were $20K in HOA loans that we were able to get reduced. This house was found using a text message campaign. This house was a disaster.”

Now the rehab is nearly complete and the house will be staged and listed soon. Come check out the finished project at Onsite!
