This month at our Creative Financing Group (CFG) meeting on Wednesday, May 11th at 6:30 PM at Champps in Alpharetta, local and national real estate expert, Don DeRosa, is going to show you how you can buy new, gorgeous houses in nice neighborhoods with little or no money down and none of your own credit. Yes, it’s true!

• If you’re tired of your current house and want to move, you can trade up to a new gorgeous home and possibly pay less than you are paying on your current mortgage or rental property without going to the bank.
• If you’re a new investor and don’t have a lot of cash or credit to invest but want to get in the game, you can get started by purchasing newer homes without large sums of money or qualifying for a mortgage.

This group is all about doing deals and making money right now.

The Henry County Fuller Center has partnered up with the Atlanta Fuller Center, Atlanta REIA and other local organizations and volunteers to help Bobby & Anita Simpson rebuild their home that was damaged by the recent tornado that touched down in Sunny Side, Spalding County. This local Covenant Partner is proud to have behind it the support of Fuller Center (Americus) and the Atlanta Fuller Center in this effort.

Please join us on Saturday, May 14th, 2011 @ 9 AM at the Simpson Residence and help us show our neighbors what it really means to put our FAITH INTO ACTION!

• What about making and delivering sack lunches for the construction volunteers?

• Do some interviews? Ask some questions. Get to know your neighbors.
• What about reaching out to all your media contacts and ask them to help spread the good word?
• Help raise donations?
• Participate in the reconstruction?
• Scouting for other needy families and victims of the tornadoes?
• What about contacting local churches, sharing what we’re doing and inviting them to join us? Civic Groups? Lumber Yards? Paint Stores?
