Other information:

  • We are looking for a variety of experiences in residential and commercial members. We do not want members who are caught in their own ego-trip of thinking everyone thinks like them – do not get stuck in your own judgment of everyone else’s decisions in life.
  • Russ is the mastermind leader. Beth is the assistant leader. Their jobs include moderating and leading the group.
  • We will need a non-disclosure agreement signed by each member to ensure all information is kept strictly private. This includes spouses, co-workers, friends, etc.
  • We will have an accountability to keep everyone on target.
  • We will focus on the future and not past actions. No distractions.
  • Have positive, enthusiastic, and motivated attitude in which everyone supports each other and no one feels vulnerable. Be respectful.
  • Must be open to new suggestions.
  • An agenda will be in order to keep the meeting moving towards the goal of the meeting. No story telling. (Unless there is a learning lesson.)
  • There will be no homework assignments. A mastermind group is to create that “third exponentially more powerful mind.” Avoid asking members to tackle a problem, or give personal feedback without the whole group’s involvement.

  1. Russ says:

There have been 2 meetings. The dedication of each of the 10 members to their success and the success of the others in the group. We have 3 people who are currently raising money through private placements.

The group has 2 new people. They found out how to do a presentation in front of a group. They also found out how to figure out if the office building was a good deal. They learned the sales pitch from the attorney was smoke and mirrors.

There are other members who were looking to market for money.

We supported each member by providing resources for them to use. Phone numbers, contact information, websites, and attorneys.

  2. Mastermind Group says:

I also believe that it’s not easy to reach a huge goal alone, but with the help of other people who have the same objective in mind, almost 80% of the time and effort will be eliminated which we spend on non-important things.
For that view starting or joining a mastermind group can provide support, resources and accountability to promote the business as well as it is important for business owners to find a mastermind group that meets their specific needs and desires. I believe that there is no one person with sufficient experience and ability to succeed in the life without the cooperation with other people for that point Mastermind group can make it easy.
