If you have been sending out tons of mailers and maybe not getting as much nice feedback as you have in the past, welcome to the club. The market is hot and response rates are not…IF you have been doing the same thing as you were even just six months ago.

That being said, there are still a ton of deals out there. You just have to start looking in different places in addition to changing your approach. Or perhaps, simply do larger volume. And let’s not forget, your mindset can have a significant impact on the process as well.

In this session, we will revisit our roundtable discussion to find out what is working, what is not, and ideas you can implement to start finding the wholesale gems that are out there in your area.

And I assure you they are out there! Join us as we dig into this all too important topic of marketing as a wholesaler this month. You are in the marketing business whether you realize it or not.
