with Special Guest, Alisha Spence
Please Note the New Meeting Location Below

We are pleased to announce that Alisha Spence will be the presenter at the ALL NEW Atlanta REIA South Group which is being held on the first Wednesday of each month starting at 6:00 PM at Club E located at 2707 Main Street in College Park. This month, on Wednesday, June 4th at 6PM, Alicia will be discussing how to determine the “After Repair Value” (ARV) as accurately as possible.

One of the frustrations facing new investors is determining what a property is worth and what they can pay for it. In the rapidly changing market we are operating in, it is critical to be able to objectively determine the retail price for a property. In order to determine what to pay for a property, one must know the ARV.

Alicia has been doing BPO’s for banks, homeowners, investors as well as asset management companies and hedge funds. Her insights into this important topic are valuable. Alisha is an Associate Broker who has been specializing in the valuation, sales, and marketing of investment real estate in the Metro Atlanta suburbs since 2005. Alisha is experienced in many aspects of real estate including residential and commercial property management, managing operations, acquisitions and sales for one of the largest and most productive real estate investment companies in Atlanta.

There is a $10.00 charge for all attendees which includes a light dinner. Networking and dinner take place from 6 to 7pm. At 7pm, we move upstairs and split into two groups… the Multi-Family/Landlord Group and the Single Family Group. Club E is located at 2707 Main Street in College Park. Parking is in the rear as well as an entrance to the Facility. from Main Street, turn at the traffic light on to Princeton Drive. There are 2 parking lots in rear as well as signage pointing to parking. If the first lot is full, you may park in the Bank of America lot.
