The Beginning Investors Group (BIG) is an educational and networking group for new investors who are just getting started in real estate investing as well as “new again” real estate investors who’ve taken a few years off and are looking to get back in the game.

appraiser, a real estate agent and finally an attorney since 1998, so he really knows his stuff. In 2006, he opened his own firm and has been concentrating on real estate closings (residential and commercial, short sales, reo sales, investor transactions, owner financing), foreclosures, contracts, probate, and consumer bankruptcy (Chapter 7 and Chapter 13).
