Robert brings over 20 years’ experience in finance and startup businesses. He began his career in New York with Tullett & Tokyo, a financial futures brokerage firm working in the mortgage backed securities and bond futures department.
Robert’s primary focus is creating specialty landlord and renovation lending products for distressed home purchases. His background has allowed him to build an extensive network of contacts within the Real Estate Investing market; over the past 15 years he has consulted 1,000’s of clients. These relationships and firsthand experience within the market provide a solid foundation that allow him to be a sought after resource for single family investment financing and acquisition.
He has over 15 years direct lending experience focused on the residential real estate market. Specific areas cover credit risk, product development of lending programs, pricing evaluations and marketability within the distressed Single & Residential Multi Family assets.
