Atlanta REIA and Powerhouse Real Estate are excited to host the SINRG Christmas & Holiday Party! on Thursday, December 19th from 7PM till 1AM at the CRC located at the CRC, 801 Atlanta St, Roswell, GA. Last year we had a BLAST at our Annual Christmas & Holiday party… THIS YEAR Atlanta REIA is combining forces with Powerhouse Real Estate & the CRC for a full-blown night of fun on December 19th from 7PM till 1PM! Come celebrate this cherished time of year with us with plenty of eggnog, drinks, food and fun!
🎄 We are gathering to celebrate each of you, our friends, our partners, our members and our sponsors and vendors!
❄️ This holiday party is also the first meeting of SINRG – Savvy Investor Networking Realty Group, the NEW monthly real estate investor and real estate professionals monthly networking event starting on the 3rd Thursday in January.
☃️ Dress is cocktail attire. There will be a White Elephant ($20-$25 gift exchange game), a Toys-for-Tots Drive, DJ, Magic, Christmas Karaoke, Dancing and more!

☃️You MUST Register through Eventbrite by clicking the Facebook link below and 1) elect to donate $20 to Toys for Tots or 2) bring in an unwrapped toy valued at $20. Anyone without a ticket will be able to pay $20 via cash or card at the door to donate a toy for tots.

Event Parking – Parking on-site at the CRC is limited to the front and rear of the building. Suggested overflow parking is available directly across the street at 1) Roswell Presbyterian Church located at 755 Mimosa Blvd, 2) next door at Wender & Roberts Pharmacy located at 791 N Atlanta St, 3) Sherwin Williams at 825 Atlanta St, or 4) Green Basements & Remodeling at 836 Atlanta St, or 5) anywhere along Roswell free street parking such as Oak St. Do NOT park at the CVS next door to the CRC since they may tow.
