Atlanta REIA Vendor Trade Show & 1 Year Anniversary Celebration

It has been a great year and we have grown our membership to hundreds of members and have dramatically expanded and improved our organization. We thank all of our members, volunteers, subgroup leaders, vendors and speakers who have contributed to our growth.
To celebrate our 1 Year Anniversary, the 4th of July and our Financial Independence Day, we are throwing our first exclusive Atlanta REIA Vendor Trade Show on Monday, July 11th at 5:00 PM at the Westin Atlanta Perimeter North located at 7 Concourse Parkway in the Bernstein Ballroom overlooking the hotel pool and patio. Atlanta REIA Members and Guests can attend at NO CHARGE. Vendors can reserve a vendor table for as low as $30.

Last month, local real estate expert Don DeRosa introduced our group to “Subject-To” investing. Due to overwhelming demand from our members, this month at our Creative Financing Group meeting on Wednesday, June 8th at 6:30 PM at Champps at 7955 North Point Parkway in Alpharetta, GA (map), subgroup leader and real estate expert Mark Durham and local real estate attorney Robert “Bob” Witcher will discuss in further detail how you can buy houses “subject-to” without qualifying for a loan and with little or no money down. Attorney Witcher will discuss the forms and language you need to use to protect yourself as an investor as well as your seller.
- If you don’t have good credit or a lot of cash to invest, but want to get in the real estate investing game, you can get started by buying houses without qualifying for a loan or having a lot of cash.
- If you’re renting and want to own, or if you’re tired of your current home and want to move, you can buy a beautiful new home in an nice neighborhood and possibly pay less than you are paying in rent or on your current mortgage, without going to the bank for financing.

Atlanta REIA Saturday in the Park Summer Concert Series

Atlanta REIA invites you and your family to join us Saturday in the Park for the Roswell Riverside Sounds outdoor concert series that take place on the first Saturday of each month all summer long. We will be rockin’ on the Chattahoochee at Riverside Park located at 575 Riverside Road in Roswell, GA. We meet in the park starting at 5:30 PM and the concert starts at 7 PM and ends at 9 PM. We will be setting up at the back right-hand side of the park (see aerial photo) as you enter the concert area from the parking lot.
You can bring the entire family including the family pet, as well as coolers, food and your favorite adult beverages. There is no agenda other than just hanging out with friends and family, listening to some good tunes and having a great time!
