Thu, Jan 27 @ 1:30 PM: Haves & Wants Meeting

This meeting is a weekly investor’s brainstorming and deal making jam session held at 5 Seasons Brewing located at 5600 Roswell Rd (map) inside the Perimeter at the “Prado” in Sandy Springs from 1:30 PM till approximately 3:00 PM. This group is all about doing deals and making money right now.

Thu, Jan 27 @ 6:30 PM: Cashflow Game Night in Alpharetta

This week, in honor of Robert Kiosaki’s group being in town, Alan McDonald is hosting a special Cashflow Players Group at Miller’s Ale House located at 10750 Davis Drive in Alpharetta (map). Atlanta REIA Members play for FREE and guests for $7. Come eat, drink, play and network with us!

Jan 29 & 30: Dyches Boddiford’s Advanced Strategies Conference

Dyches Boddiford is having is 17th Annual Advanced Strategies Conference for active, experienced investors this weekend on Saturday and Sunday, January 29th and 30th at the Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Airport from 9 AM to 5 PM each day. Mon, Jan 31 @ 8 AM: Atlanta REIA Master Mind Meeting

Russ Hiner and Beth Fasnacht are teaming up with the Atlanta Real Estate Investors Alliance to form a brand new Real Estate Investor Master Mind Group on January 31st, 2011. Mon, Feb 7 @ 5:30 PM: Atlanta REIA Main Meeting with Scott Scheel

Scott Scheel is going to be our guest speaker at our Atlanta REIA Main Meeting on February 7, 2011 at the W Hotel Atlanta Perimeter located at 111 Perimeter Center West in Atlanta across the street from Perimeter Mall. Members and guests can arrive early at 5:00 PM and mingle in the hotel lobby and lounge. The Haves & Wants Speed Marketing Session will begin at 6:00 PM.

This workshop, taught by Gordon Catts and Dustin Griffin, is designed to teach attendees how to create and manage a strong buyers list so that they can sell or occupy their investment properties quickly and have buyers and/or renters lined up before the investor ever even purchase a property. New Marietta Monthly Meeting: Atlanta REIA West

The Atlanta REIA West Monthly Meeting is our newest group that will be led by Leslie Mathis that is held on the 4th Monday of each month at 6:30 PM at the Cherokee Cattle Company restaurant located at 2710 Canton Road in Marietta, GA. Atlanta REIA Members can attend for FREE and guests for $5.00. Show up at 6:30 PM to eat and network before the meeting officially starts at 7:00 PM.
