Tuesday, August 20th @ NOON: The Onsite Renovation Group with Don DeRosa and Chrissy Griffin will be held at a rehab being managed by Daniel Hernandez located at 1167 Key Rd, Atlanta, GA 30316. Some parking is available in yard on the left side of the property.
This house was a rehab when the original buyer bought it to flip it. After he gutted it, he got really sick, the project stalled and he decided to sell it. Daniel Hernandez, who is a contractor, purchased the property and used his own crews to finish the project. The property was a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house, but Daniel coverted it to a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house.
Onsite visited this property back on June 18th during the renovation phase. Now that the renovation is complete, Onsite is inviting you back to see the finished project at 1167 Key Rd in Atlanta on Tuesday, August 20th!
