The Atlanta REIA East Monthly Meeting, aka “Flipping Gwinnett” is a NEW Atlanta REIA educational and networking subgroup lead by Scott “The Flipping Rabbi” Sekulow and is held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM at Scott’s We Buy Ugly Houses Office located at 2300 W Park Pl. Blvd, Suite 110 in Stone Mountain, GA.

This month our special guest speaker is Vicky Schettini who will be discussing “Traditional vs Non-Traditional Flips” and at least “10 Ways You Can Make Money in Real Estate”. She wants to teach you how to become a “FLIPPING MACHINE!”

Today, only a few short years later, she has 3 companies, over 100 single family homes and 5 multi-family complexes. She has done over 1000 transactions and over 72 million in Real Estate. The system she created not only enabled helped her survive, but it helped her thrive faster than she ever thought possible!
