The meeting takes place on Tuesday, January 17th at 6:30PM at the Flat Creek Country Club located at 100 Flat Creek Rd, Peachtree City, GA. The host for this event is Donna Littleton, Broker & Co-Owner of Solutions Realty Network, and her husband Chris Littleton. There is no charge for Atlanta REIA Members and currently no charge for non-members as well.
This month’s topic “Is It a Good Time to Purchase an Investment Home?” is presented by John Ellison, Sr. Loan Consultant at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation. John has a BBA in Management from the University of West Georgia. He is a residential mortgage originator since 1991 and is licensed to originate Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans. He is a certified originator for Fairway’s Repair and Renovation loan covering investor properties along with primary residences. John is a former FBI consultant and informant. He is native to Fayette County and lives in Tyrone with his wife and 2 children.
