This month at the Commercial & Multi-Family Real Estate Group, we will be covering how to reposition multi-family properties. Our presentation will include understanding value plays, repositioning and analysis of a reposition deal. We will show you how to build a power team in your area to get the deals done. The Atlanta market is getting hot and being able to fix and flip multi-family properties is a fast way to explode your wealth and cash flow! Bill Ham will cover the multi-family properties and Steve Brown will cover mobile home parks or self storage as time permits.

Please note that the Commercial & Multi-Family Real Estate Group meets just prior to the Have’s and Wants Meeting which is from 1:30 PM until 3:30 PM. Haves and Wants is a weekly investor’s networking, brainstorming and deal making jam session hosted by Joe Thompson and held every Thursday at 5 Seasons Brewing at the Prado from 1:30 PM till approximately 3:00 PM.
