We visited this house back in November when it was undergoing a moderate renovation including some re-framing and a lot of wiring and plumbing work. The renovation is now complete giving us the opportunity to critique the renovation and point fingers to things that may have been done differently. Parking is spacious but the driveway is steep, so you may want to park next door Sykes park.

Last month we had a great turn out of almost 50 investors and interested parties, so we’re going to try and replicate that success with another lightweight job. We are also co-sponsoring this month’s Onsite meetup with the Beginning Investors Group, so we will be focusing on renovations for newbies. 3040 Waters Rd is a paint and carpet renovation in a gentrifying area, so come on out and take a look!

Forces have been changing the face of the Atlanta Real Estate Market and East Point has not escaped the tidal wave of rising sales. Join us and see what a sub-$200k resale and a moderate renovation looks like in the new market.

This is a project that was sourced to the investor by New Western Acquisitions and is being renovated by Craftbuilt. We should be deep into framing and rough mechanical installations at the time of the meeting.

On Tuesday, May 21st at Noon, the Onsite Renovation Group meets at 1338 DeKalb Ave NE Atlanta, GA 30307. This is a true Candler Park renovation that should resell in the upper-300s or lower-400s. The project was funded by Lima One Capital, and a Lima One executive will be on site during the meeting to answer questions about the numbers, funding and the hard money process. Come on by for a great afternoon of networking, education, and gawking at what a few hundred thousand will buy in Candler Park!
