Alicia, I am a new investor and have researched properties only. I think I am interested in buying foreclosures and or preforeclosures. Some of the info I have pulled doesn’t make sense to me. I would like to set up a meeting with you and go over my goals and my questions on properties I have printed up.
I also have buyers that are looking for deals. If I find something in REO inventory or short sale or preforeclosure status that I can negotiate a price on, I could also wholesale a couple of properties.
Thank you for taking time to somewhat educate me on the variations of the processes of buying..
Alisha-
Hope you are well anf happy! Have not seen you since you and Barbara were at Atlanta REIA early this year at Unity. I related to you previously at AREIA meeting at Hudson Grill our good experience in listing and selling with Duffy for our first rehab at 107 Riverlake, Woodstock. While we have turned a number of “pretty houses” since then, we are ready to market another nice rehab – in Woodstock again – and thought I would ask if maybe we might be grandfathered with your previous rate that we paid before your recent increase, so we could skip the Craigslist/Postlets postings. We have excellent pics, a medium to high-end rehab with stainless/granite etc., beautiful corner lot! This one will move fast – especially in this depleted market!
