It’s no secret that there’s no better time in history to buy real estate than right now.  Deals are abundant and many sellers are now open to owner financing.  And there is certainly no shortage of buyers who want to take advantage of lease purchase and owner finance deals in today’s market conditions.  All this sounds very exciting and great opportunity exists for those who know how to work the numbers and structure deals to work in their favor.  Are you among the enterprising elite who know how to do this to create win-win situations for all parties involved?

He’ll run through scenarios and examples of deals and show you how to calculate and run the numbers on them.   He’ll take the time to explain the most common financial buzzwords and what they mean for us as investors.  He’ll also answer questions you have on these and related topics.  You’ll leave this evening feeling confident and equipped to go out and get your piece of this amazing real estate pie!  This is surely one evening you won’t want to miss—see you there!
