Atlanta Real Estate Investors Alliance (Atlanta REIA) is a real estate investors association dedicated to the highest level of professionalism and integrity. Whether you have been investing in real estate for years or are just getting started, Atlanta REIA’s mission is your real estate investing success. In order to achieve this mission, we provide our members with affordable, quality real estate investing education; frequent networking opportunities with other real estate professionals and service providers; and community outreach programs to help build, renovate and repair homes for needy Atlanta families so you can gain hands-on renovation experience while helping others.

Atlanta REIA Membership Has Its Advantages!
Atlanta REIA provides its members with many benefits including, but not limited to, the following:
- Atlanta REIA Main Monthly Meeting: Our main monthly meetings is held on the 1st Monday of each month at 5:30 PM at the W Hotel Atlanta Perimeter located at 111 Perimeter Center West in Atlanta, GA.
- Atlanta REIA North Monthly Meeting: is an Atlanta REIA subchapter that meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at at 1960 Skylar Hill Dr, Suite D in Buford, Georgia.
- Atlanta REIA South Monthly Meeting: is an Atlanta REIA subchapter that is led byReggie Jackson and meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6:30 PM at Ryan’s Restaurant located at 5425 North Henry Blvd in Stockbridge, Georgia.
- Atlanta REIA West Monthly Meeting: is an Atlanta REIA Subchapter that is led my Leslie Mathis and meets on the 4th Monday of each month at 6:30 PM at the Cherokee Cattle Company located at 2710 Canton Road in Marietta, Georgia.
- Special Interests Groups: Atlanta REIA is currently forming our own special interest groups (leaders wanted) that meet around town throughout the month and focus on specific real estate investing niches. Atlanta REIA is also working with other real estate investor groups in Atlanta to offer additional subgroups to our members.
- Monthly Online Meetings & Webcasts:Atlanta REIA is offering a series of monthly online meetings and webcasts to keep you updated, informed and educated in between live, in-person meetings. Each month we will be bringing in a variety of local and national real estate experts to inform, train and entertain you on a variety of hot real estate investing topics. Members can watch replays of these webcasts on our Members Only website.
- Real Estate Business Opportunities: On the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month at 7PM ET, we will be bringing in local and national real estate industry experts with a product, service, training or business opportunity to present to you for your information and consideration. This webcast is designed to expose you to a variety of real estate investing opportunities to help you dramatically expand your real estate business.
- What’s Hot in Real Estate Investing:On the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7PM ET, we will be bringing in local and national real estate industry experts to tell us what’s hot, what’s not and how to make money investing in real estate right now! Whether you are a new or seasoned investor, this webcast training series is designed to expose you to a wide variety of traditional and cutting edge real estate investing techniques that you can use to make substantial amounts of money in today’s real estate market.
- Evening with a Real Estate Expert: On the 4th Thursday of the each month at 7PM ET, we will be bringing in local and national real estate industry experts for an interactive exchange of ideas, information and questions and answers on a wide variety of real estate investing topics. Whether you are new to investing or have been doing it for years, this webcast training series is designed to expose you to a wide variety of real estate industry experts and give you an opportunity to hear what they do and ask them questions and get straight answers.
- The Real Estate Junkie: On the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7PM ET, Kimberlee Frank is going to teach you real world investing strategies and techniques that work in today’s troubled economy and real estate market.
