Tuesday, May 20th @ NOON: The Onsite Renovation Group with Don DeRosa and Chrissy Griffin will be revisiting Jeff Cox’s 6 unit housing development at 1007 Manigault St SE, Atlanta, GA 30316 that we visited back in August and December of 2024. The Project is now finished!
This large project is being managed by Jeff Cox of Cox Developments and consists of a duplex, 2 ADU’s and 2 guest houses. That’s right… SIX UNITS!
