Learn How You Can Buy Houses Without Banks, Cred Checks or Getting New Loans
Keller Williams, 1960 Satellite Blvd,
Suite 1500, Duluth, GA
Interest rates stay high. Buyers fail to qualify. Deals fall apart at the closing table. Meanwhile, a small group of investors keeps closing, deal after deal, by stepping into the seller’s loan instead of applying for a new one.
This is not theory. This is how properties change hands every week using “Subject To”. The seller signs the deed. The existing loan stays in place. You control the property. When you know how to structure the conversation and the paperwork, you open a doors most investors never walk through.
If you are tired of losing deals over financing, this workshop changes the way you invest. You stop depending on approvals and start solving seller problems that others cannot.
What Makes This So Powerful
- You buy when other investors cannot
- You solve problems for sellers who feel stuck
- You control property with less cash out of pocket
- You create opportunities for cash flow, flips, or long term holds
What You Learn in This Full Day Workshop…
Talking to Sellers About Subject To
- How to explain the process in a way sellers understand
- How to answer fears about cred, liability, and payments
- The exact flow of a Subject To conversation from start to agreement
The Paperwork and Structure
- The documents used in Subject To transactions
- How deals are structured to reduce the chance of issues
- How insurance, payments, and servicing are handled
Dealing with Risk
- Where investors get into trouble and how to avoid those mistakes
- Red flags that tell you to walk away
- How to protect yourself while taking over payments
Finding the Right Sellers
- How to spot homeowners open to terms
- Marketing angles that attract sellers who need this option
- Turning leads you already have into Subject To opportunities
Real Deal Walkthroughs
- How real Subject To deals were structured
- What worked, what did not, and why
- How these deals turned into profit
This Is Not a Sit and Listen Event
You see the structure. You hear the conversations. You leave with a clear process you can apply to your next lead.
