John will be covering the various kinds of legal entities in class and will actually be helping us setup a new LLC while we are in class as well as the necessary operating paperwork. Non-members are welcome to attend for $50 which is still a great deal. That means, for the price of admission ($0 for members and $50 for guests) plus $100 to the State of GA, you can walk out of this class with a new LLC that you setup the right way!
