Nate Wolosiewicz is the SE Regional Manager for Civic Financial Services, a non-recourse Private Money Lender that finances Non-owner occupied investment properties and fix and flip projects. Over the last 19 years, Nate’s lending experience has been in conventional, small business, commercial, hard money and private money financing. He and his family have been Atlanta residents for the last decade, and during this time has focused on helping Atlanta investors finance their investment properties. His current focus is on managing and growing the Georgia and SE Account Executive team, and product development for the SE region.
