We had our first Evening with an Expert Webcast on September 22nd, 2010 with our special guest and my good friend and real estate attorney, John Maurer. On our webcast, John talked about the Safe Act (the Georgia Residential Mortgage Act) and how it affects real estate investors wanting to negotiate short sales as well as offering owner financing to their buyers.
