Please join us on Tuesday, August 4th at NOON for the Atlanta REIA Onsite Renovation Group (ORG) to learn all about finding, funding, fixing and flipping houses for big profits right here in the metro Atlanta area.

This month’s meeting will be held at a major rehab project located at 52 Adair Ave SE, Atlanta, GA being managed by Michael Rochester and Demond Smith of RocDem Solutions. Many of you may recall that we first viewed this property when they first started the project 2 YEARS AGO on August 7th, 2018!

This was a 3 bedroom, 1 bath, 1566 sqft home built in 1935 that needed tons of work. Michael and Demond’s plans were to add about 300 sqft to the house on the first floor to the master bedroom which will include more bedroom space, a new master bath addition with his and her closets. Upstairs, they are adding space to a bedroom and adding a new bath.

When the project is totally complete, the house will be a nice, totally updated, approximately 1900 sqft, 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with an open floor plan.

Originally this project was only supposed to last 6 months or so…. but things went wrong along the way more than once. So, RSVP NOW and come join us at the house to celebrate this rehab’s 2 Year Anniversary (lol :) and learn many valuable lessons on overcoming problems that can delay your rehabs for months or even years!

The Atlanta REIA Onsite Renovation Group (ORG) is an educational and networking group led by Dustin Griffin and Don DeRosa that focuses on the acquisition, renovation and retail resale (fix and flip) of single family residential homes. The purpose of the group is to allow both new and experienced rehabbers and investors to meet, network and share knowledge and experience with “hands on” access to real property.

The Onsite Renovation Group meets TWICE A MONTH on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday each month at NOON at an active renovation site, build site or rental property which will vary from month to month.
