We are excited to announce that this month at the Peachtree City EPIC Group, our special guest speakers will be Bob Townsend and Kimberly Dooley from Auction.com. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 25th at 6:30PM at the Green Ginger Asian Fusion Restaurant located at 200 Market Place Connector in Peachtree City, GA. Bob and Kimberly will be discussing the benefits of working with Auction.com as an investor. They will also show you Auction.com’s products and services you can benefit from and how to use the Auction.com website.

Bob Townsend is a retired consultant who has over 40 years of senior level experience in product and general management, sales and marketing, and content development. He brings a unique perspective to the business based upon his hands on and senior management experience in both traditional and new media. Bob has observed and worked as a contractor with Auction.com since he came to Atlanta in 2009.
Kimberly Dooley has been a licensed real estate agent since 2007. Immediately after becoming licensed, Kimberly worked as an onsite agent for a 150 homes subdivision. She has 8 years of experience working with individual buyers, investors, and listing homes. Kimberly joined Auction.com in May of 2013 as a contract writer working at the foreclosure auction in Gwinnett County. She quickly moved to auditing and then worked as a staff manager for a year and a half. Kimberly is currently the lead for the concierge team in GA. She is a field trainer, contact for the Auction.com brokerage engagement program, and involved in the lunch and learn for real estate agents and brokers.
After the conclusion of the Atlanta REIA EPIC meeting (after 9PM), we will be hanging out at the Green Ginger Asian Fusion Restaurant for Late Nite Networking, also known as the “Meeting After the Meeting.” So please come eat, drink, network and have fun with like-minded investors and real estate professionals as we hang out late into the night!
The EPIC Group, which stands for “Education, Properties, Income and Community”, is a Peachtree City Real Estate Investing Group that is all about buy and hold real estate investing, long term income and building your net worth. The meeting takes place at the Green Ginger Asian Fusion Restaurant located at 200 Market Place Connector in Peachtree City, GA. The host for this event is Donna Littleton, Broker & CEO of Solutions Realty Network, and her husband Chris Littleton.
