The Atlanta SHARK TANK meets on the 1st Monday of each month from 6:30PM to 9PM at Hudson Grille located at 6317 Roswell Rd NE, Sandy Springs, GA (map) just outside the Perimeter. Shark Tank is currently has no cover charge for Atlanta REIA Members and Guests and is Hosted by Dustin Griffin.
WHOLESALERS, bring your deals and pitch them to the Sharks and our to attendees who are ready to put your deals under contract on the spot! Click here for more information on How to Submit Your Deals to the Sharks.
We can only pitch a limited number of deals to the Sharks, so the deals that don’t get pitched to the Sharks can be pitched during the “Rapid Fire, Deal Pitch Fest” after the conclusion of the Shark Tank panel.
Be sure to bring your contracts and plenty of business cards and flyers for our flyer table and enough for anyone who wants one. You can post your properties to our Atlanta Shark Tank Facebook Group and other Facebook Groups as well throughout the month.
INVESTORS, if you’re looking for a deal to purchase to fix and flip or to buy and hold, come prepared to write contracts and put down any necessary earnest money deposits. There will be plenty of deals being pitched to the Sharks and during the “Rapid Fire, Deal Pitch Fest”. If a deal is not already taken, all you have to to is decide if it is a “Deal” or “No Deal” and take action!
VENDORS, Reserve a Vendor Table for as little as $25, come check us out and and come prepared to meet lots of investors who are looking to do business with you. Vendor tables are cocktail tables that are available on a first come, first serve basis. Vendors will be setup in the “Game Room” at the Hudson Grille and be able to do Vendor Commercials in the “Dining Room” during the beginning of the meeting on a first come, first serve basis.
PLEASE NOTE 2020 CHANGE: There is currently no charge for Atlanta REIA Members to attend Shark Tank. This month’s meeting will be held at 2096 Miriam Ln, Decatur, GA which is a property being rehabbed by Chrissy Griffin and Charles Williams. This rehab project was purchased as a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 1134 sq ft home that was very dated and needed lots of updates and repairs.
During the rehab, the house was converted to a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1300 sq ft+ home by knocking down some walls and converting the carport into a new, larger master bedroom. The house will got new updates inside and out including a large master bath shower, new concrete driveway and a large deck out back for outdoor living space.
Come check out this new rehab project as nears completion at the Onsite Renovation Group, learn more about the details of deal and see the amazing transformation since our visit to the property last year. This month’s meeting will be held at 3015 Butner Rd, Atlanta, GA. This property has been designed, managed, staged and listed by Ashley LeBoeuf and is currently on the market for sale.
Prior to renovation, the property had been abandoned for over 10 years. The property was extremely over grown and the acre of land where it sits was completely covered with trees. One of those trees ended up falling on the left side of the house, severely damaging the roof and part of the exterior brick. The mechanicals were original from 1950 and there were no decks outside.
The property got a total gut job inside out. Inside, Ashley reconfigured the layout to give the new buyer double oversized masters, 3 full baths and an open concept kitchen. We fully equipped it with electric fireplace, stainless steel appliances, Nest thermostats and full security system.
Outside, the property only has one neighboring house on over an acre. We made it a point to really highlight the exterior space by pouring a brand new drive way with massive turnaround, building two oversized decks and giving it a brand new paint job.

Please join us on Tuesday, February 4th at NOON for the Atlanta REIA Onsite Renovation Group (ORG) to learn all about finding, funding, fixing and flipping houses for big profits right here in the metro Atlanta area.
This month’s meeting will be held at 44 Lethea St SE, Atlanta, GA. This property is being managed by Ty Jackson and Chrissy Griffin. The property was purchased from a wholesaler and had already undergone some renovations.
The original owner was an out-of-state investor and was unable to finish the rehab. The original floor plan was a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with an open floor plan. Also, the front porch had been closed in to add a little additional square footage. The exterior was quite ugly and looked like a modular home.
During the rehab, Chrissy and Ty re-did the exterior, opened back up the front porch and move the front door from the side of the house to the front. They also completely renovated the interior. Maria Rosenswike is staging the home this weekend and the house will be ready to view for Onsite.
