Jeff Nix

Jeff is the owner/operator of Atlanta Carpet Services, Inc., an Atlanta REIA Business Member, whom has been serving the real estate community throughout Metro Atlanta for over 20 years. Jeff is also a recent Past President, Georgia Real Estate Investors Association (GaREIA), currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Friends of Panola Mountain State Park, currently serving in the Air Force Reserves from 1981 to present, is an active real estate investor with a self-managed portfolio of single family residences, and resides in Ellenwood, Georgia with his wife Jennifer and daughter Abigail.

He came to Georgia in 1992 to study law at Emory University and graduated in 1996 with his J.D. Upon passing the Bar, he practiced litigation and was admitted to practice in all Georgia Courts including the Federal Northern and Middle District Courts of Georgia.
