This month’s meeting will be held at a major rehab project located at 52 Adair Ave SE, Atlanta, GA being managed by Michael Rochester and Demond Smith of RocDem Solutions. Many of you may recall that we first viewed this property when they first started the project 2 YEARS AGO on August 7th, 2018!
This was a 3 bedroom, 1 bath, 1566 sqft home built in 1935 that needed tons of work. Michael and Demond’s plans were to add about 300 sqft to the house on the first floor to the master bedroom which will include more bedroom space, a new master bath addition with his and her closets. Upstairs, they are adding space to a bedroom and adding a new bath.
When the project is totally complete, the house will be a nice, totally updated, approximately 1900 sqft, 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with an open floor plan.
Originally this project was only supposed to last 6 months or so…. but things went wrong along the way more than once.
