Tuesday, January 20th @ NOON: Join us at the Onsite Renovation Group with Don DeRosa and Chrissy Griffin as we tour another real-life transformation in progress! We will be meeting at 4027 Lindsey Dr, Decatur, GA 30035, a property being renovated by Sydney Henry and funded by Chip Cagle with Longhorn Investment.
4027 Lindsey was a 1700 sqft, 3 bed, 1 bath brown/white speckled brick home with a bonus area and carport. The home was not open at all. Upon entrance there was no clear view to any rooms besides the living area and there was a door dividing the living room from the rest of the house. The house had original hardwoods throughout with the exception of the bonus area.
4027 Lindsey is now a 1700 sqft, cream brick home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bonus area was converted into an owner suite with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. A laundry room has been added where there was originally an extra hallway closet. The carport has been enclosed and the front part of the outside gate has been replaced. All new windows have been installed including a large picture window next to the front door. An accent wall greets you upon entering and all the hardwood has been restored or replaced and stained dark brown.

Studying history above shows a clear pattern of resets followed by drops in property values, and investors ready to POUNCE can make millions acquiring properties at generational low points, then sit back and watch as values recover and the investor who was ready to act when the reset came made tons of money.
These resets do not just organically occur. There are historical signs, hints, that a reset is coming. The two biggest indicators are mortgage delinquencies and foreclosure starts. Each historical reset was preceded by these signs, or indicators. So, what are the statistics telling us today?
